International Council of Shopping Centres

Founded in 1957, ICSC features more than 70,000 members in over 100 countries, including shopping centre owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, retailers, and brokers, as well as academics and public officials.

As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping centre councils throughout the world.

BOMA

Building Owners and Managers Association

As of 2024, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International has more than 30,000 members worldwide, comprising 91 U.S. associations and 17 international affiliates, representing a diverse network of professionals in the commercial real estate industry.

These members own or manage over 10.5 billion square feet of commercial space, including medical, industrial, mixed-use properties.

CCIM

Certified Commercial Investment Member

The CCIM Institute, a leading organization in commercial real estate, comprises approximately 13,000 members worldwide, with over 9,000 holding the esteemed CCIM designation. These professionals are distributed across more than 30 countries and organized into 59 chapters globally.

Building Industry & Land Development Association

The Building Industry & Land Development Association Alberta (BILD Alberta) is the unified voice of the residential construction industry, representing 1,300 home builders, land developers, professional renovators, suppliers, skilled trades, and consultant members.

BILD Alberta members are part of an industry that represents $9.9 billion in economic activity and nearly 135,000 jobs.

AIC

Appraisal Institute of Canada

The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) is a leading real property valuation association with over 5,000 members across Canada and around the world. AIC members are qualified professionals providing independent appraisal services for commercial and industrial real estate transactions. They hold the designation of Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI), which is recognized nationwide. AIC members adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP), ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity in their services.
