  • Established track record of leasing/sales success in commercial real estate
  • Experienced in commercial sector product knowledge with submarket geographic expertise
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and entrepreneurial focused
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

A Day in the Life of an Associate:

  • Prospecting new client relationships 
  • Preparing plans and analyses of clients’ properties or space needs and execution of those strategies 
  • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, leasing and purchase and sales agreements
  • Working with the marketing department for new listings, signage, e-communications
  • Participating in best-in-class ongoing skills-development
