Blair Bondar has over thirty years’ experience in growing, divesting and acquiring businesses as well as in operational and executive business management. He has also been very successful in providing business advisory services and has developed a large client base of both business sellers and acquirers, and brings his extensive experience to the RE/MAX Commercial Capital team.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Blair rose to become CEO and President of Hunters Group of Companies, a privately held company established in retail, wholesale, manufacturing & assembly, commercial subdivision development and other real estate holdings. In his time at Hunters he acquired and founded a $2oo million merchant banking fund that maintained a significant inventory financing portfolio, among an array of other investments.

Blair has been President of two stand alone subsidiaries of different public companies; one involved in the manufacture and sale of consumer products and the other in the manufacture and sale of industrial products. He was a partner in a valuation & business sale advisory firm that specialized in mid-market businesses and merged with a national accounting and consulting firm.

Blair is a long standing member of the Society of Manufacturer Engineers and has completed a number of Chartered Business Valuator courses at York University.
